RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver goods to customers accurately, safely, and within agreed timelines.
Promote and sell company products to both prospective and existing customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders to ensure full satisfaction.
Collect payments upon delivery and issue proper receipts where required.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
Verify product quantities and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
Meet or exceed assigned sales, collection, and delivery targets.
Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor trends.
Keep accurate logs of daily sales, deliveries, payments, and customer visits.
Maintain the delivery bicycle in good, working order.
REQUIREMENTS
KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in sales, delivery, merchandising, or field customer service.
Must own and regularly use a functional bicycle for field operations.
Familiarity with Ngara and surrounding local routes is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and reliable customer service.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
Ability to manage daily routes and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
