Job Duties:

Create, publish and manage engaging content across the company's social media platforms.

Monitor social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and maintain positive online community interactions.

Track and analyse social media performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve digital marketing and sales results.

Requirements:

Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Proficiency in content creation, copywriting and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, customer engagement and digital marketing best practices.
