Social Media Officer at Amadeus Gardens

The Social Media Officer will be responsible for managing and growing Amadeus Gardens' online presence across various social media platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and engaging with online communities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Strong content creation skills (writing, editing, basic graphic design).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
