Are you a friendly, organised, and proactive NYSC corps member currently seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA)?
We are looking for a motivated and presentable corps member to join our team as a Front Desk / Administrative Support Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Manage records, files, and basic documentation.
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and office coordination.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be a serving NYSC corps member seeking a PPA.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Must be courteous, responsible, and willing to learn.
Previous administrative experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
