We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and results-oriented General Manager with extensive experience in the gaming and sports betting industry to lead business operations, drive profitability, strengthen operational performance, and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversee overall business operations.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
Lead departmental heads, establish performance targets, and ensure accountability for results.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and effective resource management.
Oversee budgets, financial performance, and business performance reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen market competitiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
12–15 years of relevant experience in the gaming or sports betting industry, including significant senior management experience.
Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership capabilities.
Sound understanding of gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and industry dynamics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
