We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking and highly organised individual to head our Human Resources and Admin Department.
The individual who fits this role will have the following strengths and the ability to build a formidable department that will serve as the “Oil in the Machine.”
Key Responsibilities
To insulate the CEO from all non-strategic “people and place” issues by maintaining a disciplined, compliant, and high-performing workforce.
To implement and enforce a clear Code of Conduct, in line with the current Staff Handbook, handling all disciplinary matters related to tardiness, quality errors, and absenteeism without unnecessary escalation to the CEO.
Ability to manage all industrial and ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws.
Manage payroll in line with staff attendance and all matters related to staff benefits, including health and other insurances.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
