Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to support the effective management of contractors, vendors, and general administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate contractor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
Manage contractor contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractor and vendor records.
Monitor vendor performance and coordinate invoicing and payments.
Support procurement and purchasing processes.
Prepare reports, manage filing and documentation, and provide general administrative support.
Conduct weekly spot checks to ensure compliance with plant headcount requirements.
Support the resolution of contractor-related issues in collaboration with HR/IR.
Requirements & Skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and compliance.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with different departments.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
