Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible HR Generalist to manage and support the company’s day-to-day human resources activities.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle employee-related matters, recruitment, HR documentation, and general HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee welfare.
Support payroll preparation and ensure staff payments are processed accurately and on time.
Handle employee concerns and support positive employee relations.
Assist with performance management, training, and staff development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Prepare HR reports and provide general HR support to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR tools.
