Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals (5-10 years' experience) for the HR Manager position
Requirements
People Management & Leadership
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Conflict Resolution & Negotiation
High level of Integrity and Confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/sites.
CIPM Certified.
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
5-10 years of industrial catering experience
Previous experience in a similar industry
Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
Catering certification is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
