Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Officer to support our growing team and help build a professional, people-first workplace.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction

Maintain employee records, contracts and attendance

Support payroll processing and manage leave and benefits

Handle employee relations, discipline and conflict resolution

Coordinate training and performance appraisals

Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

CIPM membership (or in progress) is an advantage

2+ years’ HR experience, preferably in retail or hospitality

Excellent communication, discretion and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
