Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and selection, including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling and onboarding.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Support the administration of employment contracts, staff movements, leave management, attendance, and employee exits.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across the organization.
Monitor compliance with Kenyan labor laws and other applicable employment regulations.
Coordinate staff training, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Membership in the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a valid practicing license (preferred).
Good working knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information management systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
