Reports to: National Coordinator
Job Purpose
The HR and Administration Officer will provide human resources and administrative support to ensure efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain personnel files and HR records.
Administer attendance, leave, and staff documentation.
Coordinate office administration and facility management.
Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies.
Support logistical and administrative requirements for project activities.
Maintain confidential personnel records.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations.
Safeguarding and Code of Conduct
