Loan Officer

Key Job

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit,

and build strong relationships with potential clients and communities.

Assess loan

applications through field visits, business evaluations, and financial

analysis.

Facilitate loan

processing, disbursement, and timely repayments.

Manage and grow a

healthy loan portfolio while minimizing overdue loans.

Provide excellent

customer service, financial guidance, and client support.

Maintain accurate

records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Microfinance, or a related

field.

2–5 years of

microfinance experience preferred.

Willingness and

ability to conduct regular fieldwork.

Motorcycle riding

skills are an added advantage.

Ability to work
