Key Responsibilities
Night Operations Oversight:
Manage the front desk and hotel operations during the night shift.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests.
Guest Relations:
Ensure a high level of customer service during night hours.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor guest safety and security during overnight stays.
Financial & Audit Duties:
Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting.
Balance room charges, taxes, and other postings.
Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports.
Ensure accuracy of cash, credit card, and folio balances.
Security and Safety Monitoring:
Monitor surveillance systems and hotel premises.
Respond to emergencies and follow proper incident reporting procedures.
Coordinate night security checks with security personnel.
Reporting and Handover:
Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to morning management.
Ensure a smooth handover between night and day teams.
