We are a modern Quick Service Restaurant in Abuja, offering an affordable and modern food concept combining popular Nigerian dishes with Chinese/Asian-inspired fast food.
Our business focuses on quality, consistency, affordability and efficient takeaway and delivery services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead our restaurant operations, improve business performance and drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to think and operate like a business owner, demonstrating initiative, accountability, sound commercial judgement and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Managing daily restaurant operations.
Ensuring fast, efficient and consistent customer service.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
Managing kitchen productivity and service times.
Monitoring food preparation, portion control and wastage.
Controlling food and operating costs.
Managing inventory and procurement.
Managing suppliers and negotiating favourable commercial terms.
Monitoring sales and profitability.
Managing staff performance, attendance and productivity.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Managing cash, POS and financial controls.
Managing takeaway, pickup and delivery operations.
Resolving customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , OND
