Amaica The Restaurant Limited invites applications from passionate, experienced, and results-driven hospitality professionals to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership skills, a strong commitment to service excellence, and the ability to uphold our premium dining standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, coach and motivate service teams to deliver consistently high standards.
Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor service efficiency, staff productivity and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory controls, stock accountability and cost management.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
Drive sales performance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a reputable restaurant, preferably within a premium dining establishment.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and enforce operational standards.
Sound knowledge frestaurant operations, POS systems and inventory management.
High levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
A passion for African cuisine and cultural hospitality will be an added advantage.
