Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with product information and sales enquiries
Supporting marketing activities, including social media updates and promotions
Maintaining showroom presentation and product displays
Working with the team on stock management and customer service
Leaming sales processes, product knowledge, and retail operations
Key Requirements:
Good presentation and communication skills
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, basic digital tools)
Solid maths ability (pricing, stock counts, basic calculations)
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Ability to work well in a team setting
Must live locally (Labone, Cantonments, Osu, or nearby areas)
Knowledge of the local area is an advantage
Willingness to learn and follow structured training
Candidate Profile: This role suits a young graduate, SHS leaver, or earlycareer individual who is enthusiastic, respectful, and committed to developing professional skills in sales and marketing.
