Job Function: Talent Management
Job Role
Managing talent acquisition processes and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competences required for job openings
Updating recruitment procedures and creating new procedures
Building reports and dashboards to measure recruitment performance
Overseeing HRIS data management
Evaluating and suggesting best recruiting software for company needs
Holding monthly meetings with all operations department leads and outstation visits
Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related disciplines
2 - 4 years proven experience in a similar Talent Management role
Professional certification
Must have skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills Negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good to have skills
Analytical skills Problem solving skills
Knowledge of social media and professional networks
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
