A leading multinational technical company that distributes vehicles, industrial equipment and power generators, with its headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking to recruit result-driven and motivated individuals for the following positions.

Job Summary:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for passenger vehicle sales, driving revenue growth, market expansion, dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and monitor the sales team and dealer network to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and dealers to expand market share.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline.
An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant automotive or passenger vehicle sales experience, including 3–5 years in senior sales leadership.

Sales forecasting
Strong ICT skills and customer relationship management.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
