Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, research, and direct outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare business proposals and presentations.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
Meet agreed sales and revenue targets.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Develop strategies to improve client acquisition and retention.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
Target-driven and commercially minded.
Good relationship management skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
