Job Description
Nexus Grid is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Lagos. This role focuses on lead generation and pipeline development across key sectors, helping organisations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
Nexus Grid delivers cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, workforce development, DevSecOps, and security operations support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new prospects
Run outreach and lead generation campaigns
Build and manage a strong pipeline
Engage decision-makers
Support proposal preparation
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
B2B sales and lead generation experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
CRM and pipeline management experience
Ability to explain cybersecurity solutions
Highly organized and results-driven
Tech or cybersecurity experience is a plus
