Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure food is prepared and served on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare local and continental dishes according to the menu.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Monitor kitchen supplies and report items that need replenishment.
Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook.
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare a variety of local and continental dishes.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
