The E-Commerce Agent will be responsible for managing online sales activities, assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor online sales platforms and product listings.
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
Process and track customer orders.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Promote products and services across social media platforms.
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer information.
Support the company's overall online marketing and sales activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and social media.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage but not compulsory.
Willingness to learn and grow.
