Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify, prospect, and engage prospective real estate buyers, high
net-worth investors, and corporate clients through field outreach, cold pitching, and networking.
Property Inspections & Presentations: Conduct physical and virtual site visits, walk prospective buyers
through estate lands and developments, and present value propositions compellingly.
Deal Closing & Pipeline Management: Manage sales cycles from initial inquiry to final contract execution,
payment verification, and documentation handover while meeting quarterly revenue quotas.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local real estate trends, competitor pricing models, and emerging land/property
hotspots to position Woye Group offerings competitively.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain a clean CRM database and foster long-term post-sale
relationships to drive client referrals and repeat transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in field sales, real estate brokerage, financial product
sales, or commercial channel marketing.
A minimum of an OND in marketing, business administration, mass communication, estate management, or any related discipline.
Personal Attributes:
Exceptional verbal presentation, persuasive negotiation skills, high stamina for field
engagement, and professional dress sense.
Sales Performance Expectation: Candidates must demonstrate a verifiable track record of meeting monthly sales targets and closing
property/commercial deals within competitive urban real estate markets.
