Job Summary
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy for a growing luxury brand.
This role requires a strong leader who can drive revenue, manage high-value client relationships, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
Identify new market opportunities within the luxury segment
Represent the brand at exclusive events and networking opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of sales experience (luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, real estate or premium brands)
Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
Strong network within luxury or high-end clientele
Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
Passion for luxury brands and delivering premium customer experiences.
