Job Description
Department Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily workflows across the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and banquet services.
Guest Experience: Ensure high satisfaction standards from check-in to check-out, handling escalated guest complaints and special requests.
Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, shift scheduling, daily briefings, and performance evaluations for department teams.
Financial & Budget Control: Monitor daily operational expenses, manage inventory control, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in budget preparation.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property complies with local health, fire safety, and legal regulations
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
