Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Generate invoices for customer orders using the company's computer system.
Make copies of invoices and maintain proper sales documentation.
Reconcile daily sales records and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of orders, invoices, and daily sales activities.
Requirements:
HND in any relevant discipline.
Female candidate aged 30 years and above.
Must be computer-literate and comfortable using basic office software.
Strong numerical, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must reside in or around Ada George, Port Harcourt.
Must be available to work from Monday to Saturday, starting at 8:00 AM.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
