Responsibilities:
Identify prospective buyers and investors through prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Respond promptly to enquiries, qualify leads, and follow up consistently to close sales.
Schedule and conduct property inspections, presenting project features, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
Guide clients through property selection, purchase documentation, and payment milestones.
Explain approved property investment offerings accurately, including their terms and risks.
Create and feature in property videos, walkthroughs, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
Support exhibitions, open houses, realtor engagements, and other marketing activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, client feedback, and sales progress.
Meet agreed sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence on camera and willingness to participate in content creation.
Familiarity with social media marketing and basic mobile content creation.
Good organisation, consistent follow-through, and a target-driven mindset.
Professional appearance, integrity, and excellent client service.
Knowledge of Abuja’s property market is an advantage.
Availability for inspections and occasional weekend events.
Success in the Role: Consistent generation of qualified leads, well-managed inspections, effective client follow-up, quality marketing content, and achievement of sales targets.
Location: Kado, Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly
