Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong sales-team leadership and performance management

Strong pipeline management and conversion capability

Proven ability to close high-value transactions

Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship skills

Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship skills

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum score of B+ in KCSE or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field with a minimum score of second class upper

5-8 years in sales or business development

At least 3 years in sales management or team leadership

Experience in real estate or other target-driven industries, such as insurance, is highly preferred

Professional qualification an added advantage
