About the role
SANY Nigeria is seeking Sales Managers to grow sales across its wider heavy machinery portfolio.
Heavy Machinery Sales: Manage the full sales cycle across SANY’s heavy machinery portfolio, from prospecting and developing key accounts to closing deals and coordinating delivery.
Market Development: Analyse the Nigerian market, identify customer needs and new sales opportunities, and monitor the competitive landscape.
Relationship Management: Provide equipment solutions that match customer needs and build long-term client relationships.
Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, manage tenders and payment collection schedules, and meet regional sales targets.
Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing activities, industry events and client site visits that showcase SANY’s heavy machinery capabilities.
What you’ll bring
Essential: Proven, verifiable experience selling heavy machinery in Nigeria. Prior heavy machinery sales experience is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Skills: Strong market research, data analysis, key account management, tender management and business negotiation skills.
Mindset: Resilience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Alignment: Strategic thinking and the ability to represent SANY professionally in the local market.
