Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility by developing sales and marketing strategies, leading the sales team, and building strong customer and industry partnerships within the roofing sheets and building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
Achieve an annual sales target of 22,613 bundles and drive consistent sales performance.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities to increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, construction companies, and industry stakeholders.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and strengthen business growth.
Monitor sales and marketing performance, analyse key metrics, and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA, postgraduate degree, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Proven experience leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and implementing marketing strategies.
Knowledge of roofing sheets, building materials, pricing, and market development.
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and sales analytics tools.
