Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming in-store experience.

Guide customers to find pieces they love and offer friendly styling advice.

Build genuine customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Drive sales and work towards achieving store targets.

Keep the store beautifully presented, clean, and well-organized.

Process payments accurately and pack online and in-store orders with care.

Respond professionally to customer enquiries online and in-store.

Share customer feedback and observations with the team to improve service.

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers online.

Proven experience using Shopify and a POS system.

Good customer service and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.

Basic mathematics and careful attention to prices, payments, and order details.

Genuine interest in fashion and ability to speak confidently about clothing, fit, and styling.

A bubbly, approachable personality, with reliability to follow through on tasks.

Must reside in Abuja and be available to work in-store.
