Sales Representative / Field Marketer

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Preferred Age: 25–30 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative / Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers at the store, promoting products, generating leads through field marketing, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

The candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to attract customers, convert prospects into buyers, and achieve assigned sales targets. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers at the store and provide excellent customer service.

Promote and sell products to walk-in customers and prospective buyers.

Conduct field marketing activities to attract new customers and generate sales leads.

Identify potential customers and build relationships to increase sales.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.

Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Provide customers with accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and leads generated.

Monitor customer feedback and communicate relevant information to management.

Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.

Requirements and Qualifications

HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to generate leads, attract customers, and close sales.

Confidence in approaching potential customers and conducting field marketing activities.

Good customer relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Must be proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented.

An interest in fashion, retail, and e-commerce is an advantage.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, Canva, or basic video editing is an added advantage but not compulsory.
