We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Quality Analyst to join our growing Talent Factory team and help elevate the quality and consistency of our recruitment operations.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring candidate quality, ATS data accuracy, process compliance, and recruiting best practices across multiple recruiting teams. If you have experience in US Recruitment, Staffing, or RPO environments and enjoy improving hiring processes and outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Review candidate profiles, screening notes, and submissions before client presentation
Evaluate candidate alignment against job requirements and Hiring Manager expectations
Audit recruitment workflows to ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and SLAs
Monitor ATS accuracy, candidate status updates, and documentation completeness
Identify quality gaps, process deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Track recruitment quality metrics and maintain quality scorecards
Provide coaching, feedback, and recommendations to Recruiting Team Leaders
Support recruiting process standardization and operational excellence initiatives
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in US Recruitment, Staffing, or RPO
Strong experience with candidate screening, qualification, and submission processes
Experience working with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar
Ability to assess candidate quality against job requirements and Hiring Manager expectations
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Experience monitoring recruiting metrics, compliance, and recruiting documentation
Excellent analytical, communication, and feedback skills
Nice to Have
Experience in Recruitment Quality Assurance or Recruiting Operations
Experience auditing candidate submissions and recruiter processes
Knowledge of recruiting KPIs, quality scorecards, and reporting
Experience coaching recruiters on quality and compliance standards
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
