Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Sales Manager to lead the company’s commercial and sales activities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key customers.
The successful candidate will serve as a primary company representative in customer engagements, presentations, commercial negotiations, and business development activities.
The ideal candidate should combine strong B2B sales and commercial expertise with a solid technical understanding of industrial equipment, process technology, or energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales strategy and revenue targets.
Lead customer presentations and negotiations.
Manage pipeline, quotations and key accounts.
Coach Sales Engineer.
Forecast accurately.
Requirements
BSc or equivalent in Engineering.
7–10 years B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or energy.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Technical knowledge of process/technology.
