Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and prospective customers.

Promote products, services, promotions, and special offers.

Drive customer engagement, orders, and product adoption.

Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Meet daily and weekly call volume, sales, and conversion targets.

Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.

Maintain a high level of customer service throughout every interaction.

Requirements:

A minimum of a diploma in any field.

0–2 years of experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a related role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

Target-driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented.

Ability to work effectively with sales targets and KPIs.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Proficiency in using CRM or customer engagement tools is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly.
