Working Shifts:
Shift 1: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hrs)
Shift 2: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM (4 hrs)
Flexibility: Work Monday to Saturday. Candidates can flexibly choose Shift 1 or Shift 2, with a minimum requirement of 4 shifts/week.
What you will do
Go live on the company’s TikTok account to present and sell beauty products.
Demonstrate products such as skincare and hair care during live sessions.
Engage with viewers and answer their comments and questions in real time.
Who we are looking for
Good spoken English.
No experience required, as full training is provided. Experience in sales or telesales is a strong advantage.
Confident, well-groomed, and professional on camera, with a lively presence that suits beauty and skincare content.
High energy, able to stay enthusiastic and engaging throughout each livestream.
Have a personal phone and laptop for training and working.
What we offer
Base pay: 313 KES per hour.
Income: hourly pay plus KPI bonus.
Phone allowance: 1.500 KES per month if at the start, you will stream from your own smartphone.
Training: full training on product knowledge, brand communication and livestream selling techniques.
Team: a supportive, dynamic and creative team with room to grow.
