Job Description
As a Waiter at Bolton White Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional table service to our guests. Your goal is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction through attentive service, deep knowledge of our menu, and a polished, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with a detailed overview of daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them through the POS system.
Deliver dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.
Requirement
Experience: 2-3 years.
