Job Summary
The waiters/waitresses play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and promoting sales by courteously attending to guests, processing orders, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining/lobby area.
Duties/Responsibilities
Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.
Accurately take customer orders at the counter.
Ensure cleanliness of counter area, serving plates, trays, tables, and customer dining areas.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Upsell additional products/items
Stay up to date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, prices, and any ongoing promotions.
Skills/Requirements:
At least 1 (one) year experience in the hospitality industry.
Have good communication skills
Should be neat and organized
Friendly, welcoming and very honest
Physical stamina
Should be neat and organized
Attention to details
Proximity to work is a must (Should stay in areas like: Bassa, Zamani, Correctional Centre, Airport road, Airforce quarter, Peace media, civil defence, Sauka, Lugbe etc)
Remuneration: N80,000 - N100,000 plus other benefits
Work Schedule: Full time - rotating hours (shift job)
Minimum qualifications
First School Leaving Certificate , Others , Secondary School (SSCE)
