House Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household.

Supervise and coordinate household staff, including domestic workers, cooks, cleaners and other support personnel.

Ensure the proper maintenance, cleanliness and organisation of the residence.

Monitor household supplies, groceries and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.

Coordinate household schedules, routines and assigned duties.

Manage household expenses and maintain accurate records of purchases and expenditures.

Ensure household equipment and facilities are properly maintained.

Report maintenance issues and other household concerns promptly.

Ensure household staff comply with established standards and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a House Manager, Domestic Supervisor or in a similar household management role.

Strong organisational, leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.

Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work independently.

Good record-keeping and basic administrative skills.

Ability to supervise staff and resolve routine household issues professionally.
