Product Relations

Responsibilities:

Onboard and train new agents on the company's products and services, ensuring they understand the features and operational procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents through regular follow-ups, engagement and support.

Distribute promotional and branding materials to agents to improve brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Conduct routine field visits to monitor agents' sales performance, provide guidance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and submit weekly field activity reports, highlighting agent engagement, sales performance, field observations and challenges encountered.

Requirements:

HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, product relations, field operations or customer relationship management is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of POS operations, sales activities and agent management.

Good knowledge of customer engagement and relationship management practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Ability to conduct field visits and work effectively outside the office when required.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prepare accurate activity reports and provide regular updates.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
