Sales Team Lead

Job Summary

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the sales of mobile phones and renewable energy products within the assigned territory, acquiring new customers, developing strong business relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Drive the sale of company mobile phone and renewable energy products within the assigned territory and achieve monthly sales targets.

Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, direct marketing, referrals, and other sales channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.

Monitor market activities, provide feedback on customer needs and competitor trends, and work with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, renewable energy, or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-management skills.

knowledge of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) sales model is an added advantage.
